Adventure is a Beautiful Beast
Wildly attractive.
Untamed.
Unpredictable.
Always demanding.
It wants your time, your heart, your mind.
It feeds on your energy, your focus, your attention.
It craves connection.
And it only moves forward when you give it fuel—consistently.
That’s what makes it tough 🫣,
and for some irresistible;-)
Do one thing in your life that makes a difference
That's what Rob Pope's mom said to her son before she died.
Rob didn’t know what that would be… until he got inspired by Forrest Gump.
"It's a fictional story of course, but Forrest's character had a difficult start in life and overcame many obstacles," Rob says. "Some were physical, like the juvenile disability that left him in calipers, and some were social, with prejudices surrounding his background and the fact that he wasn't considered the cleverest. Forrest, however, saw no barriers, tried his best and accepted everyone he met. Isn't that a wonderful concept?"
Rob started running across America, following Forest Gump’s route, dressed and shaved like him.

Rob ran the route once, then twice... and then he became unstoppable!
He wasn’t doing it for fame or a finisher medal. He was doing it for something deeper.
For causes that mattered—like World Wildlife Fund and Peace Direct, and for his mom.
People waved. Some joined. Some just stared.
But all felt something.
Because when someone feeds a real adventure, it shows.
We all have a beast like that inside us.
It’s waiting to be fed.
It wants to run. To move. To make a dent.
Now here’s the thing:
You don’t need Rob’s legs or Forrest’s beard.
You just need to start fueling what’s already inside you.
I’ll help you figure out what your own beast craves—and how to feed it...;-)
But for now, just get inspired by Rob's incredible adventure, or read his book Becoming Forrest : One man’s epic run across America,
That’s how every great adventure begins.
